Order Policies, Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing eurowalls™

Following are our terms & conditions for placing an order with us.

Please follow our requests set out in the following terms & conditions for us to provide you with an efficient and timely service.

These terms also apply to the use of our website and by accessing our website you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions set out below.

General

Acceptance of these terms & conditions is signified and implied by you, the customer in ordering products either by online sale, telephone or in writing including email communication.

Currency

We only trade in Australian & New Zealand Dollars.

Our Payment Terms

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Cash or Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) are accepted forms of payment. Please contact us, in your location for EFT Banking Details.

All prices are quoted in Australian or New Zealand Dollars (GST inclusive).

Payment will be deducted immediately if you choose to pay by credit card online.

Our website is secured by SSL sockets and approved as a secure website for credit card transactions, refer to Website Use And General Liability Disclaimers below.

Ordering

All orders must be placed in writing if not procured directly on our online store.

Orders can be placed on any day of the week and will be processed in the order in which they are received.

For information on lead times and delivery dates please refer to Delivery/Dispatch below.

Please make sure the email address you provide to us is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. All order confirmations are sent by email. Please make sure both your billing and delivery addresses are accurate to avoid delays.

Please also note in particular: -

No orders shall be accepted from any persons under the age of 18;

You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the products you have selected including product names and codes;

All products are subject to availability.

Acceptance of Order

Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it. Our acceptance of your order is conditional on the availability of the products you have ordered. If any of the products you have ordered are unavailable, or should events occur beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such circumstances we shall let you know as soon as possible.

Standard Delivery/Dispatch (within Australia & NZ)

Australian States - NSW, QLD, VIC & ACT

In the event of unavailability, lead-time will be provided in writing at our earliest opportunity.

Delivery will be approximately 15 business days from receipt of payment.

Digital+Print are made to order and lead-times will vary. The lead-time will be provided upon order.

All freight and handling charges (as applicable) include for one (1) delivery only by courier to your nominated address at the time of order. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery (during business hours) and the product is returned to us, you will be charged for additional delivery. A signature will be required for all deliveries to your nominated address.

Delays do not constitute a breach of contract by eurowalls™ and is in no way liable for any resulting damages whatsoever.

Please note: during public holidays, longer delivery timing will apply. Please contact us during holiday periods for estimated delivery.

Australian States WA, SA, NT & New Zealand

In the event of unavailability, lead-time will be provided in writing at our earliest opportunity.

Delivery will be approximately 21 business days from receipt of payment.

Digital+Print are made to order and lead-times will vary. The lead-time will be provided upon quote and order.

All freight and handling charges (as applicable) include for one (1) delivery only by courier to your nominated address at the time of order. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery (during business hours) and the product is returned to us, you will be charged for additional delivery. A signature will be required for all deliveries to your nominated address.

Express Delivery/Dispatch (within Australia & NZ)

We can provide a quote on express delivery within 7 business days, should the product be in stock. We always do our best to deliver as quoted, however if delays occur beyond our control we will not take responsibility caused by international carriers or customs.

Please contact us in your location for a quote on Express Delivery.

Samples

Samples are available for most, but not all items show on our website.

Samples are approximately A4 size, however some samples may be smaller, depending on availability.

We only dispatch samples by Express Post, tracking number are provided on request. Fees apply.

Samples are provided free of charge to registered commercial customers. Commercial customers are limited to five (5) free samples per project.

A sample provides you with an idea of the texture and colour of the product. If you require the full pattern repeat and greater size of the sample you may order a full roll or one (1) metre. Fees apply.

Natural Fibres

Irregularities in hue and texture are integral to the character of textiles utilizing natural fibres; as such, colour matches cannot always be guaranteed.

Cancellation and Refunds

All claims must be made within 7 DAYS of date of delivery.

We have the right to cancel your order if we cannot deliver for any reason. In this case you will receive a full refund. 

Due to the specialty nature of our products, you are unable to cancel your order once we have accepted it and payment is received.

A refund may only be given in the following circumstances: -

Is deemed faulty or defective, following assessment by our technical team and a replacement was not available at the time, refer Claims below; was not the same as advertisement or described; did not match the sample you ordered of the same item, refer Natural Fibres above.

We do not refund for incorrect choice or overruns and incorrect quantities, nor do we warrant calculations issued by our sales staff or online calculator.  The onus of responsibility is upon you to correctly assess the quantity of your order at the time of payment.

Please refer to the consumer code within your location for clarification of our terms & conditions.

Installation and Warranty

Our responsibility only applies for product faults and defects during manufacture.

Please note that you should check all products and matching batch numbers for faults before installation.

If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement will be provided upon acceptance by our technical team of the alleged fault.

All of our products come with detailed installation instructions as recommended by the manufacturer including installation and/or preferred adhesive. If these instructions are not followed and a fault or defect appears during or after installation, we will not accept any responsibility.

We have recommended installers in your location and we suggest installation only by professionals.

If you install (DIY), you do so at your own risk.

We also request the following checks on receipt of delivery of your order and will seek confirmation in the event of a claim: -

1. Upon receiving your product please check the visible manufacture label and ensure the same batch numbers. The batch number is usually a digit sometimes with letter next to the product code.

2. Once batches are checked please unroll the first three (3) metres to check for any print errors or any unusual markings. We assume no responsibility beyond the first three (3) metres of the same batch.

Claims

All claims must be made within 7 DAYS of date of delivery.

To make a claim, and determine a faulty or defective product please send us an email to info@eurowalls.com.au stating your invoice number, date of receipt, application method, analysis of fault or defect and a digital image of the fault or defect.

If required, we may request that the faulty or defective product be returned to us for assessment by our technical team. In this event, you will be required to return the product to us, at your cost.

We will refund you the delivery cost (as reasonably determined), should it be determined that the product is faulty or defective.

If the product is defective in any way or has a fault and our technical team accepts responsibly, a replacement will be provided.

If we are unable to replace the faulty or defective product, a full refund will be offered.

Liability

All our products are supplied on the condition that our liability for any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description, delay on delivery or fitness for purpose is limited in amount to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods.

Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any labour or liquidated damages.

eurowalls.com.au and eurowalls.co.nz and all information, content, materials and products included on or otherwise made available to you through this site are provided on as "as is" and "as available" basis, unless otherwise specified. We make no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation or availability of this site or the information, content, materials or products included on or made available to you through the site, unless otherwise specified. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.

We are not liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of this site, for any information, content, materials or products included or otherwise made available to you through this site, and for any products purchased through this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified.

Due to the nature of individual computers and monitors, actual product colours may vary slightly from what is seen online.

We reserve the right to revoke the account and access rights of any registered user of this site who violates our terms & conditions, including misuse of intellectual property, unauthorised account use or engagement in any improper or illegal conduct.

Privacy Policy

eurowalls™ does not retrieve any information from your computer when placing user cookies, though cookies must be enabled to use the cart function.

We will never share your email address with, or sell your email address to, third parties, but your information may be used to enforce terms, prevent fraud and other illegal or prohibitive activities. Your account information may be shared with third parties who provide services to us, such as processing payments and shipments. We will only provide the information necessary to perform the service and the service providers are not authorised to use your information for any purpose other than the contracted services.

We use HTTPS, which utilizes a sublayer of SSL/TLS under Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) to ensure data security. HTTPS provides encrypted communication and secure identification of a network web server and, though we have gone to great lengths to secure your data, it is impossible to guarantee that all Internet transmissions will be completely private and secure, even if a notification of encryption was provided. By using this site you acknowledge this fact, understand that individuals other than the intended recipient may read information you send and you hold us harmless if this occurs.

If required, we will comply with any subpoenas or court orders instructing us to provide your personal information.
